About me
Mario David is a brazilian filmmaker, editor, and motion designer whose work bridges cinema, advertising, and animation. He studied Film at UNICAMP and History at the Federal University of Uberlândia, later also earning a degree in Advertising from ESAMC.
Working with film and video since 2008, David began his career in independent cinema before expanding into the advertising industry, where he specialized in 2D animation and institutional movies. He also studied at Gnomon School of Visual Effects in Los Angeles, deepening his expertise in visual storytelling and motion design.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major brands such as Petrobras and British Petroleum, as well as international game studios like Blizzard, SEGA, and Garena.
He has worked with leading advertising agencies and production companies, and is the co-founder of Tailor Inteligência, a creative agency that has stood out in Brazil’s countryside market for over a decade. His work has been recognized with several awards from major Brazilian advertising festivals, including FestGraf, FestDigital, and Rede Globo’s Profissionais do Ano.
